How to flash New Nokia X Flasher.

Requirements:
- Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 or higher, 32bit or 64bit
- USB Data Cable

Downloads Required:
- .NET Framework 4
-  Nokia X Flasher
- NaviFirm+ (to download the flashing firmware.)
